The Interexchange Customer Service Center/Service Center (ICSC/SC) Spreadsheet, updated bi-monthly, is an Excel spreadsheet that contains ICSC/SC Codes, company name and contact information.

Interexchange Customer Service Center/Service Center (ICSC/SC) Codes are assigned and administered by iconectiv. An ICSC/SC Code is a four character alphanumeric code that identifies a service provider's service center as needed to do business with a trading partner typically via Access Service Request (ASR) or Local Service Request (LSR) processes.

We anticipate a turn-around time of one business day following receipt of your order confirmation. The spreadsheet will be e-mailed to you.
